Pickler's childhood was a rocky one. To get rid of her abusive boyfriend, Pickler's mother left her when she was just 2 years older. Then, in 1995, she re-entered back to the world of Pickler, and took the custody rights. However, it wasn't as planned. The grandparents of Pickler raised Pickler from age 12 until adulthood. Pickler, in the absence her parents and her older siblings, became busy to become a mom. The mother of three admitted she did not get enough time for school, and she began to be a domestic worker at an early stage. Pickler had been an athlete in middle and high school.
